One a Day is a durational animation project. The process is based on the creation of several animations every week over two semesters. During this process, the artist explored his style, tested new methods and programs, and developed a stronger understanding of animation as a whole. He created a variety of animations, including hand-drawn, promotional, text, effects, and narrative, to name a few.
James Campbell-Gibson is a Digital Media & Design major with a concentration in Motion Design & Animation. He has loved art and drawing ever since he held his first pencil and has always been intrigued by the idea of making his drawings move and tell stories. Ever since he found out that animation was something that he could do for the rest of his life, he has been passionate about it. One day, he hopes to be an art director.
